Adventist Health System engaged Clinical Benchmarking, LLC, to conduct workshops for the system and to develop a system strategy with local tactics to execute spine implant contracts for eight of the system's hospitals.  The workshops were conducted, data collection and analysis were carried out, and internal experts were successfully developed, resulting in savings of millions for the system.

Catholic Health Partners, Cincinnati, OH
CHP engaged Clinical Benchmarking, LLC, to perform a system-wide (across 23 hospitals)  price comparison for cardiac, spinal and total joint implants. By understanding each facility's unique practice patterns and conducting detailed purchase history analyses, Clinical Benchmarking was able to identify $26 million in savings opportunities. The firm continues to provide support for execution of local strategies and acts as a resource to the CHP system.
